The Swampfox Optics Tomahawk II is a second-generation low-power variable optic purpose-built for fast, accurate shooting from close quarters out to mid-range distances. This 1-4x24mm LPVO pairs a true 1x for reflexive close-range work with a 4x top end for holdovers and tighter target identification, all wrapped in a rugged 30mm main tube.
At the heart of the optic is the illuminated Guerrilla Dot BDC reticle in red, set in the second focal plane so the reticle stays the same size as magnification changes. The BDC (Bullet Drop Compensation) layout combines a horseshoe and center dot for rapid target acquisition with holdover references for longer shots, and the reticle is powered by a side-mounted illumination system offering 12 brightness settings with an intermittent off position between each.
Optically, the Tomahawk II uses a 24mm objective delivering a wide field of view of 134.20-34.03 feet at 100 yards across the magnification range, with a generous eye box and eye relief of 3.23"-3.10". The lenses are fully multi-coated with anti-fog and hydrophobic treatments to keep the sight picture clear in rain, dust, and humidity. Parallax is fixed at 100 yards.
The 30mm tube is built tough for hard use on AR-platform rifles and similar carbines. Resettable, push/pull locking elevation turrets allow a clean zero and easy return to zero, while the windage turret is capped to prevent accidental shifts in the field. The optic is waterproof and ready for adverse conditions.
At 9.57" long and 20.59 oz, the Tomahawk II 1-4x keeps a low profile on the rifle while delivering the eye box and clarity shooters expect from a modern LPVO.
