The Sig Sauer Tango-MSR is a low-power variable optic (LPVO) purpose-built for modern sporting rifles. This 1-8x configuration pairs a 24mm objective with a 30mm main tube, delivering a fast true-1x close-quarters sight picture and a useful 8x top end for mid-range holds and target identification.

At the heart of the optic is Sig Sauer's high-performance 8x optical system built around low-dispersion glass for crisp, edge-to-edge clarity across the magnification range. The illuminated MSR BDC-8 reticle sits in the second focal plane (SFP) and provides intuitive holdover references for common MSR calibers and bullet weights, with brightness adjustable via a side-mounted illumination control powered by a readily available CR2032 battery.

The Tango-MSR is finished in matte black and is built to handle hard use, with a rugged 30mm tube that is fog proof, shockproof, and waterproof. An integrated thread-in throw lever delivers fast, repeatable magnification changes without snagging, and the optic ships with Lay Flat Flip Backs for immediate out-of-the-box lens protection.

With 3.93" - 3.74" of eye relief, a generous 124.80 - 19.60 ft @ 100 yds field of view, and a total weight of just 18.60 oz, the Tango-MSR keeps the rifle balanced and quick to acquire. The package includes an Alpha-MSR 1.535" mount, allowing direct installation onto any standard MSR-pattern picatinny rail right out of the box.
