Lead & Steel Promethean LP-1 Replacement Hood - Black Anodized Aluminum

The Lead & Steel Promethean LP-1 Replacement Hood is a factory crumple hood designed specifically for the Lead & Steel Promethean LP-1 red dot sight. The hood wraps the optic's lens housing to absorb frontal impacts, debris, and rough handling - the same sacrificial "crumple zone" feature integrated into the original LP-1, offered here as a replacement so a damaged hood can be swapped out without replacing the whole optic.

Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in black Type III hard-coat anodizing, the LP-1 replacement hood matches the original housing dimensions and drops into place on any standard Promethean LP-1 red dot. It keeps the sight picture unobstructed while adding a protective shield to the front of the optic, ideal for hard-use rifle, PCC, or shotgun applications where the sight is likely to see incidental contact.
