DNT Optics QDF170 Flip-to-Side QD Mount 1.7" Height for NVMD Scope

The DNT Optics QDF170 is a flip-to-side quick-detach mount purpose-built to pair the DNT NVMD night vision multi-purpose scope with a red dot sight on a standard Picatinny rail. Machined from a single block of 6063 aircraft-grade aluminum alloy, the QDF170 gives night vision shooters a rugged, lightweight, and repeatable platform for stacking a red dot on top of an NVMD optic.

Engineered at a 1.7 inch height from the rail to the optic centerline, the QDF170 positions the piggyback red dot at the correct height for a natural, heads-up shooting posture when transitioning from magnified night vision to non-magnified daylight aiming. The flip-to-side mechanism swings the mounted red dot cleanly out of the optical axis when the NVMD scope is in use and snaps it back into alignment on demand - no tools required. The integrated quick-detach lever clamps to the host Picatinny rail with repeatable return-to-zero and allows tool-free removal of the entire optic stack when the rifle needs to be reconfigured or broken down.

Designed and tested specifically for the DNT NVMD (Night Vision Multi-Purpose Device) family, the QDF170 is the factory-recommended mounting solution for users running a red dot on top of an NVMD-C200 or comparable NVMD unit. The 6063 aluminum body keeps mass to a minimum on the upper receiver, while the QD clamp and side-flip geometry give the shooter fast, positive manipulation under any lighting condition.
