The AGM Global Vision PVS-14E 3APW is a Gen 3 auto-gated white phosphor night vision monocular that delivers a FOM 2200+ image through a 26mm f/1.2 objective at 1x magnification. The "E" chassis is AGM's enhanced housing, trimming weight to just 10.2 oz for comfortable handheld, head, or helmet-mounted use.

At the heart of the 3APW is a Gen 3 auto-gated image intensifier tube with P45 white phosphor output for a more natural black-and-white image with reduced halo and improved contrast over the legacy green phosphor. Manual gain control lets the user dial in image brightness on the fly, and a built-in infrared (IR) illuminator lights up close-range targets when ambient starlight is too faint for the tube alone.

Optics are built around a 26mm f/1.2 lens system with a 40-degree field of view and focus adjustable from 0.25 m to infinity. The rugged housing is waterproof with an ergonomic, simple control layout and automatic shut-off when the unit is flipped up or removed from the face. Power comes from one AA alkaline, one AA lithium (L91), or one CR123 lithium cell, delivering up to 40 hours of runtime.

Built on the PVS-14 platform, the AGM PVS-14E 3APW can be operated handheld for nighttime observation or mounted hands-free on a head harness or helmet shroud.
