The Streamlight TLR-2 HL G is a rail-mounted tactical weapon light built for full-size handguns and long guns, integrating a 1,000-lumen white LED with a high-visibility green laser aiming module. The "G" suffix marks it as the green-laser variant of Streamlight's flagship TLR-2 HL platform, pairing a daylight-visible aiming reference with a high-output illumination source for fast target acquisition.

Powered by two CR123A lithium batteries, the TLR-2 HL G delivers 1,000 lumens of white light with 20,000 candela peak beam intensity and a throw distance of 283 meters. Run time is 1.25 hours with the light and laser running simultaneously, and the laser alone runs up to 17 hours for extended aiming-only use. The green laser operates in the 510-530nm range, the sweet spot for visibility across varied lighting conditions.

The housing is machined from 6000 series aluminum and finished in a tough black anodized coating. It measures 3.39" overall with a 1.45" head diameter and 1.47" body diameter, weighing 4.88 oz with batteries installed. The rail clamp fits any accessory rail and the unit carries an IPX4 water resistance rating for dependable performance in wet field conditions.

An ambidextrous toggle switch on the rear of the housing controls momentary and constant-on activation for the LED, with a separate switch for the laser, letting the operator run light-only, laser-only, or both together.
