The Streamlight SL-20L is a full-size, professional-grade rechargeable duty flashlight built around a high-output white LED with three microprocessor-controlled brightness levels: 60, 225, and 450 lumens. On its highest setting the SL-20L pushes a focused beam out to 529 meters (1,735 feet), making it a dependable handheld light for patrol, search, industrial work, and around-the-property use.

The housing is machined from aluminum and finished in black anodized for corrosion resistance. Overall length is 13.10", with a 1.50" body diameter and a 2.50" head diameter, weighing 27.2 oz with the battery installed. A multi-function push-button barrel-mounted switch cycles through the output modes, and the light carries an IPX4 water-resistant rating so it shrugs off rain and splashing. The LED is impervious to shock with a 50,000-hour lifetime.

Power comes from an internal 5-cell, 6.0V NiMH (Nickel-Metal Hydride) sub-C rechargeable battery pack, rated for up to 1,000 recharge cycles. Run time is approximately 3.25 hours on High (450 lumens) and up to 20 hours on Low (60 lumens).
