The Leapers UTG MNT-EL228GPQ-A is a Quick Detach Grip Light that combines an ergonomic vertical foregrip with an integrated 400 lumen weapon light, purpose-built for rifles and carbines wearing a Picatinny rail forend. Its solid aircraft-grade aluminum body is finished in a matte black hardcoat anodized coating for maximum wear resistance and a low-reflection appearance under recoil.

At the optical core is a premium CREE LED paired with UTG's integrated reflector and bulb design, producing a preset wide-angled flood beam that is tuned for superior short and medium range target identification. The vertical grip surface is aggressively knurled for a secure, all-weather hold, and the integral Picatinny mounting deck uses UTG's patented quick-detach lever lock for tool-free installation and rapid removal between platforms.

A textured rubber push-button switch on the body operates both momentary and constant on/off activation without taking your hand off the grip. The light is powered by two CR123A lithium batteries (Panasonic cells included) for an extended 3+ hour runtime per set. The housing measures 5.17" tall with a body diameter of 1.43" and weighs 12 oz with batteries installed, keeping the fore-end maneuverable.
