The compensator is machined from S45C steel and heat-treated to HRC 40-45 for the strength and durability needed to handle high-pressure pistol loads. Its wide front-wall baffling redirects propellant gas upward to combat muzzle climb, while the built-in anti-rotation front tip locks the unit firmly to the barrel so it cannot walk loose during extended firing sessions.
