SilencerCo AC5364 ASR Flash Hider Pin & Weld 30 Cal 1/2x28 Black Nitride

The SilencerCo AC5364 ASR Flash Hider is a 3-prong flash hider purpose-built as a Pin & Weld unit for 30 caliber rifles threaded 1/2x28. It uses a longer rear shank specifically designed to be pin-and-welded to 13.7" barrels, allowing builders to meet the legal 16" overall barrel length requirement for rifle configurations while retaining a clean muzzle profile.

Finished in a durable Black Nitride coating, this AC5364 variant is part of SilencerCo's ASR muzzle-device family. The ASR mounting geometry lets the host rifle swap quickly between an unsuppressed flash-hider setup and an ASR-compatible suppressor mount. The three-prong design significantly suppresses muzzle flash, helping preserve the shooter's night vision in low-light conditions.

As a Pin & Weld configuration, the AC5364 is intended for permanent attachment to the barrel by a qualified gunsmith and is not a quick-detach, field-serviceable hider. Once welded, the rifle is considered to have a 16" barrel for legal purposes, and the ASR interface remains fully functional for suppressor use.
