The Firefield FF34053 Edge Carbine Length 2-Piece KeyMod Handguard merges an aggressive handguard design with a versatile KeyMod accessory attachment system. Purpose-built for the AR-15 platform, this drop-in rail gives shooters a lightweight, rugged replacement for factory carbine-length handguards and provides plenty of real estate for lights, lasers, vertical grips, and bipods.

The handguard is precision-machined from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in a tough hardcoat anodized matte black coating that resists corrosion and wear. A continuous top Picatinny rail runs the full length of the guard for optics and back-up iron sights, while the KeyMod slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions accept a wide range of KeyMod-compatible accessories such as rail sections, grips, lights, and bipods.

At 6.62 inches overall, the Firefield Edge Carbine provides a streamlined carbine-length profile that minimizes weight forward of the receiver.
