Magpul Industries Hunter Lite Stock for Savage AXIS Short Action - Black

The Magpul Industries Hunter Lite is a purpose-built replacement rifle stock for Savage AXIS and AXIS II rifles chambered in short action calibers. Roughly 20% lighter than the original Magpul Hunter, this stock is designed to keep your rifle light and fast in the field while delivering a rigid hunting platform. The Hunter Lite is finished in Black.

Internally, the Hunter Lite uses a V-block bedding system with steel pillars and an integrated magazine well that accepts AICS-compatible magazines from Magpul and other makers. The polymer chassis is ambidextrous and features a narrower forend than the original Hunter.

Length of pull adjusts from 13" to 15", allowing the fit to be tuned for the shooter or for cold-weather hunting layers. The Hunter Lite is a drop-in stock for the Savage AXIS short action platform, offering a direct upgrade path for entry-level hunting rifles.
