The Faxon Firearms Match Series Big Gunner is a precision 16" barrel chambered in 8.6 Blackout and machined for the AR-10 platform. Cut from 416-R stainless steel and finished in a non-reflective bead blast, the Big Gunner profile gives 8.6 BLK builders a heavy-contour tube designed to balance heat management and pointability across both subsonic and supersonic loads.

At the heart of the Match Series is 5R button rifling with a fast 1:3" twist, an ideal rate for stabilizing the heavy-for-caliber projectiles used in 8.6 Blackout. Each barrel is fully stress-relieved, air-gauge tested, and Magnetic Particle Inspected to verify dimensional and material integrity. An 11-degree target crown finishes the muzzle to protect accuracy shot after shot.

Sized for the AR-10 pattern, this barrel drops into a compatible build with an overall length of approximately 18.2" and a weight of around 2.42 lb, ready to deliver precision performance across the full range of 8.6 Blackout ammunition.
