The Faxon Firearms Integral Series 16" Gunner A2 5.56 NATO barrel delivers the look and handling of a 14.5" carbine while staying fully 16" compliant, all in a single drop-in AR-15 component with a factory-installed muzzle device.

Machined from 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel and button rifled with a 1:8" twist, this Gunner A2 profile barrel is built to stabilize a wide range of bullet weights. The mid-length gas system is designed around a .625" gas block journal for smooth cycling with a broad spectrum of 5.56 NATO loads.

Inside and out, the bore and exterior are finished in salt bath nitride for corrosion resistance, longer service life, and easier cleaning. The barrel ships with Faxon's pinned-and-welded Integral muzzle device, giving shooters a compact carbine-length sight radius while keeping the overall length at a non-NFA 16 inches. The Gunner A2 profile steps down from the chamber to a slim front section that sheds weight where it matters most.

Designed as a direct replacement for any mil-spec AR-15 upper, this barrel is sold as a single barrel assembly in New condition.
