Faxon Firearms Duty Series AR-10 .308 WIN 16" 1:10 Pencil Barrel - Salt Bath Nitride

The Faxon Firearms Duty Series .308 Winchester 16" Pencil barrel is a lightweight replacement built for AR-10 / DPMS-pattern rifles. It is machined from 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel and finished in QPQ salt bath nitride inside and out, pairing the corrosion resistance and longevity that duty-grade AR-10 builders expect from Faxon with a slim, lightweight Pencil profile.

This barrel is button rifled with a 1:10" twist rate and is set up for a mid-length gas system. It is threaded 5/8x24 to accept standard .308 muzzle devices and finished with an 11 degree target crown for clean bullet release and consistent accuracy.

Designed and manufactured in the USA as part of the well-regarded Duty Series line, this barrel drops into any standard AR-10 / DPMS-spec platform upper and is ready for a lightweight duty, hunting, or general-purpose build. New from Faxon Firearms.
