The Liberty Precision Machine LPM-2020 is a precision-machined thread protector purpose-built to guard the exterior threads and muzzle taper of .9-24 threaded muzzle devices when a suppressor is not in use.
Manufactured from 17-4 H900 stainless steel and finished in a tough, low-friction Black Nitride coating, the LPM-2020 resists galling through repeated install and removal. It is fully compatible with all Liberty Precision Machine, Rearden MFG, and Q LLC muzzle devices built to the .9-24 specification.
Dual 15/16" and 7/8" wrench flats accept common tools for quick installation or removal. At just .25 oz, the LPM-2020 adds virtually no weight to a rifle or suppressor.
