The Samson B.R.E. (Bufferless Receiver Extension) replaces the standard carbine buffer tube on an AR-15 with a streamlined, bufferless receiver extension that integrates a folding Picatinny stock adapter into a single unit. Machined from aluminum and finished in a black anodized coating, the B.R.E. keeps weight and length to a minimum while still delivering a full range of stock adjustability.

This receiver extension is a 6-position adjustable carbine-length unit designed to accept any mil-spec AR-15 adjustable carbine stock, giving the same length-of-pull range as a conventional carbine buffer tube without the need for a buffer and spring. The integrated folding mechanism allows the mounted stock to fold to the right side of the rifle, and the folding module can be removed and reattached if a fixed configuration is preferred.

The Samson B.R.E. measures 6.36" for the extension alone and 7.25" overall with the folding adapter installed, with a height of 1.44" and a weight of approximately 10.2 oz.
