The SSK Firearms 300 AAC Blackout Contender Barrel is a precision 16.25" stainless steel replacement barrel purpose-built for the Thompson/Center Contender and SSK-50 single-shot pistol platforms. Machined from stainless steel and finished with SSK's signature glass bead treatment, this drop-in barrel gives handgunners a clean, corrosion-resistant option for the versatile 300 AAC Blackout cartridge.

At 16.25", this barrel delivers an excellent balance of velocity and maneuverability from a Contender-frame pistol, whether running supersonic loads or subsonic rounds behind a suppressor. It ships ready to mount, fitted with SSK's TSOB scope base for direct optic attachment and threaded at the muzzle to accept the included thread protector or a suppressor/muzzle device.

As a dedicated Contender barrel, this unit lets a shooter re-chamber an existing T/C Contender or SSK-50 frame in 300 Blackout. No iron sights are installed, leaving the top clean for scope use.
