Ruger PC Carbine 9mm Luger 16.12" 10+1 Semi-Auto Rifle - NY/CA Compliant

The Ruger PC Carbine 19101 is the NY/CA compliant configuration of Ruger's pistol-caliber carbine, chambered in 9mm Luger with a 10+1 capacity to meet restricted-state magazine limits. Built around a 16.12" cold hammer-forged, fluted chrome-moly steel barrel with a 1:10" twist, it pairs a Type III black hard-coat anodized 7075-T6 aluminum receiver with a fixed black synthetic stock and ships optics-ready.

The semi-auto action uses Ruger's Dead Blow action with a custom tungsten weight to reduce felt recoil and keep the bolt cycling smoothly. A takedown design lets the rifle be quickly broken down for transport or storage. Interchangeable magazine wells accept common Ruger and Glock-pattern pistol magazines - out of the box the carbine ships with the 10-round magazine that satisfies New York and California restrictions. A thumb safety keeps operation familiar, while the blade front and ghost ring rear sights are installed from the factory and the optics-ready receiver accepts red dots and low-power variable optics.

At 34.37" overall and 6.80 lbs, the PC Carbine balances handling and portability. It is made in Prescott, Arizona for the U.S. market.
