The Ruger 10/22 Tensioned Carbon Fiber Barrel is a factory drop-in replacement barrel engineered to upgrade the accuracy, balance, and weight of any standard Ruger 10/22 rifle chambered in 22 LR.

At its core, this 16.1" barrel features a cold hammer-forged stainless steel tensioned barrel wrapped in a lightweight carbon fiber sleeve. The tensioned design makes the barrel more rigid while reducing vibration during firing, translating to noticeably improved downrange accuracy without the weight penalty of a traditional heavy bull barrel.

The barrel runs a 1:16" RH twist with 6 grooves for consistent bullet stabilization across standard 22 LR loads. Its overall .920" diameter gives it the classic heavy-bull profile while keeping total weight to just 1.05 lbs, dramatically reducing nose-heaviness on the host rifle.

The muzzle is threaded 1/2"-28 for the easy addition of a suppressor, muzzle brake, or thread protector, making this an ideal platform for quiet rimfire shooting or custom builds.
