Pointer Acrius KAR1228HT 12 Gauge 28" 2rd 3" Chamber Over/Under Break-Open Shotgun - Color Case Hardened Receiver

The Pointer Acrius KAR1228HT is a full-size 12 Gauge over/under break-open shotgun built around a color case-hardened steel engraved receiver. It pairs a traditional 28" vent-rib barrel pair with a 3" chamber, giving shooters the versatility to run light target loads, standard field shells, and heavier 3-inch magnums from the same gun.

The Acrius breaks open at the tang for loading and unloading, with black-finished over/under barrels stacked under a top vent rib that channels sight picture toward a bright fiber optic front sight. A tang-mounted safety sits within easy reach of the trigger hand, and the simple break-open action keeps operation straightforward in the field or on the line.

The fixed Turkish walnut stock is shaped for an ambidextrous hold and finished in a warm brown tone that complements the case-colored receiver. With a two-round capacity (one shell per barrel), the KAR1228HT is well suited to trap, sporting clays, upland hunting, and casual plinking.

Five interchangeable choke tubes (SK, IC, M, IM, F) ship with the gun so pattern spread can be tailored to everything from close-quarters clays to longer-range field work.
