The Leupold Mark 5HD 3.6-18x44mm riflescope is a precision-built optic from Leupold's flagship long-range line. Its 3.6-18x magnification range covers everything from close-target engagements out to extreme distance, paired with a 44mm objective lens that gathers light effectively for twilight and overcast conditions. The scope sits on a rugged 35mm maintube, giving it the mechanical elevation travel and tube strength needed to push rounds out to the limits of modern precision rifle cartridges.

At the core is the PR1-MOA first focal plane (FFP) reticle, which scales with magnification so holdovers, ranging marks, and windage references remain true across the entire 3.6-18x range. The M1C3 adjustment system offers up to 71.5 MOA of total elevation travel, and the side-focus parallax knob is calibrated to 50 yards for fine-tuning at any distance.

This model is finished in Leupold's Flat Dark Earth anodizing, a low-glare, terrain-matching alternative to the standard matte black. The scope measures 12.10 in long, weighs 26 oz, and provides an eye relief range of 3.50-3.80 in. Field of view runs from 28.30 ft @ 100 yds at 3.6x down to 5.80 ft @ 100 yds at 18x.
