Great Lakes Firearms AR-15 .223 Wylde 16" 30+1 Semi-Auto Rifle - Black Cherry

The Great Lakes Firearms AR-15 is a semi-automatic sporting rifle chambered in 223 Wylde, a versatile chambering that safely runs both .223 Remington and 5.56x45mm NATO ammunition. This configuration is finished in Great Lakes Firearms' Black Cherry color.

At the heart of the rifle is a 16-inch Heavy Barrel (HBAR) machined from 4150 CRMOV steel and treated with a nitride finish for corrosion resistance and long service life. The barrel is cut with a 1:8 twist to stabilize a wide range of bullet weights and is threaded 1/2x28 for a standard muzzle device or suppressor.

The action is a semi-automatic design with a standard (non-ambidextrous) safety. Feeding from a standard AR-15 detachable magazine, the rifle offers a 30+1 round capacity. It measures 33.25 inches overall and weighs approximately 6.8 lbs, with a trigger pull in the 5.5-6 lb range. Sights are not included, allowing the shooter to mount their preferred optic or iron set.
