The DNT Optics ThermNight TNC225R is a compact multispectral riflescope that fuses a thermal imaging channel with a high-resolution digital day/night vision (DNV) sensor into one lightweight unit. Purpose-built for predator hunters, vermin control, and tactical shooters, it delivers around-the-clock target identification and engagement without ever swapping optics.
At the heart of the thermal channel is a 256x192 resolution sensor with a 12um pixel pitch and NETD ≤25mK sensitivity, paired with a 25mm objective lens. The digital day/night sensor pushes 1920x1080 resolution at a smooth 50 fps, feeding a crisp 1024x768 Micro-OLED display. Magnification runs from a 3x base out to 12x through stepped digital zoom (3x / 6x / 9x / 12x), giving the shooter a flexible field of view for close-in identification and longer shots alike.
The TNC225R integrates a built-in laser rangefinder (LRF) and on-board ballistic calculator for quick, automated hold solutions. 32GB of internal storage handles photo and video capture at the optic, and the unit is powered by a single 18650 flat-top rechargeable battery charged via USB-C. The whole package tips the scales at just 22.8 oz in a compact 6.7" x 3.1" x 3" rugged riflescope housing.
Whether you are running coyote and hog hunts after dark or glassing open terrain in daylight, the ThermNight TNC225R delivers thermal detection, digital night vision, IR illumination, and ranging in one feature-packed optic.
