At the heart of the LG-459G is a 5mW green laser producing a 0.50" dot at 50 feet at a 532nm wavelength for strong visibility across a wide range of lighting conditions. The laser is powered by a single CR1/3N battery and is activated by an instinctive activation pad located on the trigger guard - simply gripping the pistol normally brings the laser up and running.
