The classic Bernardelli Model 60 is a historic, Italian-made semi-automatic pocket pistol chambered in .32 ACP (7.65mm Browning). Originally introduced in 1959 by the prestigious firearms manufacturer Vincenzo Bernardelli S.p.A. in Gardone V.T., Italy, this elegant handgun is highly sought-after by collectors and is fully C&R Eligible.
Crafted with a durable all-steel frame and slide, the Model 60 features a 3.5" barrel and operates using a reliable straight-blowback, single-action mechanism. This classic layout utilizes a dual recoil spring system to soften felt recoil and smooth out slide movement. It is equipped with an 8-round capacity single-stack magazine, a traditional European-style heel magazine release, an exposed hammer with a half-cock safety, and a magazine disconnect safety that prevents firing without a magazine inserted. For aiming, the slide features small integrated fixed sights and anti-glare milling along the top rib.
This specific pistol features a year of production of 1972, bearing the Italian proof house date code XXVIII. Graded in Good to Fair Condition, this surplus handgun exhibits signs of its vintage history. The firearm will show normal signs of use, which may include light scratches, finish wear, a light patina, or minor areas of rust and corrosion, though it retains a majority of its original finish. Additionally, the vintage checkered plastic grips and the plastic magazine baseplate may show signs of wear, including minor cracks or chips. This package includes one 8-round magazine.
