The Spyderco Dragonfly 2 Lightweight packs full-service cutting performance into a remarkably compact package. This everyday-carry folder (model C28POR2) features a versatile 2.30" leaf-shaped drop point blade with a full-flat grind and a plain edge, cut from VG-10 stainless steel for excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance.
The handle is injection-molded in high-visibility orange fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN) and dressed with Spyderco's signature Bi-Directional Texturing pattern, giving the lightweight folder a secure, slip-resistant grip in any hand position. A steel-framed back lock mechanism locks the blade solidly in the open position, and the knife deploys via a flipper tab for smooth, ambidextrous one-handed opening.
Carrying is handled by a reversible deep-pocket wire clip configured for ambidextrous tip-up carry, so the knife rides discreetly and is always ready. With a 5.36" overall length, a 3.33" closed length, and a feathery 1.20 oz weight, the Dragonfly 2 disappears in the pocket but is built to handle real daily cutting chores. Made in Japan.
