Sig Sauer Airguns P229 RX .177 CO2 Blowback 16-Rd Semi-Auto Air Pistol

The Sig Sauer Airguns P229 RX is a .177 caliber CO2-powered replica air pistol designed to mirror the look, weight, balance and controls of the duty P229. Built for plinking, training and casual target practice, it cycles a strong blowback slide for realistic recoil and operates in semi-automatic single-action/double-action (SA/DA) with a functional decocker and safety.

A single 12-gram CO2 cartridge housed in the grip powers the pistol, which feeds from a 16-round magazine and is capable of firing either .177 caliber (4.5mm) lead pellets or steel BBs. The slide rides on a metal frame wearing a polymer E2-style grip shell molded to the same ergonomics as the duty pistol, and the optics-ready slide accepts aftermarket red-dot footprints. An integrated Picatinny accessory rail under the dust cover provides a mounting platform for lights or lasers.

Target acquisition is handled by fixed white-dot contrast sights. The complete pistol measures 7.70" overall and tips the scales at 35.20 oz, delivering the same balance point shooters expect from a service-sized SIG Sauer handgun.
