The Garmin Alpha XL is a rugged, in-vehicle dog tracking GPS navigator built around a large 10-inch capacitive touchscreen with a crisp 1280x800 resolution that can be viewed in either portrait or landscape orientation.

Designed to pair directly with compatible Garmin dog collars via VHF radio, the Alpha XL displays real-time distance, direction, and status for up to 20 dogs from a range of up to 9 miles, making it a serious tool for houndsmen, bird dog trainers, and big-game outfitters who need to keep eyes on a large pack at once.

The unit ships with 64GB of internal memory for extensive map and track storage, and includes a map and data memory card slot for expanded capacity.
