The Foxtail Precision 100016 is a rear sight dovetail optic adapter plate built to add red dot capability to Smith & Wesson M&P and M&P 2.0 pistols that were not factory optics ready. The plate drops into the factory rear sight dovetail channel and locks down with the included mounting screws, providing a secure, low-profile mounting platform for micro red dots - no slide milling or gunsmithing required.

CNC machined from 7075 aluminum and finished in a durable black anodized coating, the 100016 is built to hold up under hard use while keeping weight to a minimum. It uses the Burris FastFire / Vortex Venom / Docter footprint, making it compatible with a wide range of popular micro red dots including the Burris FastFire series, Vortex Venom, and other Docter-pattern optics.
