C&H Precision S&W M&P Shield Plus Optic Adapter Plate - Holosun EPS/EPS Carry Footprint - Black Anodized

The C&H Precision SWMP-SHIELD-EPS-PLUS is a precision optic adapter plate purpose-built to mount a Holosun EPS, EPS Carry, or SCS Carry red dot directly to a Smith & Wesson M&P Shield Plus pistol slide. It is the dedicated drop-in solution for Shield Plus owners who want a Holosun K-series-footprint optic without sending the slide out for custom milling.

Each plate is CNC machined on HAAS equipment to tight tolerances and inspected multiple times before it ships. The plate is cut from aluminum and secured with stainless steel mounting hardware (included), giving a rigid, repeatable mount that returns to zero after removal. A durable black anodized finish protects the plate from corrosion and blends with most factory and aftermarket slides.
