Weatherby Vanguard Weatherguard 22-250 Rem 24" 5+1 Bolt-Action Rifle - Burnt Bronze Cerakote

The Weatherby Vanguard Weatherguard in 22-250 Remington is a bolt-action hunting rifle finished for hard field use. The barreled action is machined from stainless steel and protected with a burnt bronze Cerakote finish that seals the metal against corrosion and weather. The Monte Carlo stock is molded from ultra-tough Griptonite polymer in a black base with bronze webbing pattern that visually ties back to the metalwork.

The proven bolt action feeds from an internal box magazine for a working capacity of 5+1 rounds. The adjustable two-stage match trigger lets the shooter dial in pull weight for precision work, and a traditional three-position safety allows the action to be operated with the rifle on safe.

The 24" barrel is cut with a 1:14" twist and is factory threaded 1/2x28 for easy mounting of a muzzle device or suppressor. The receiver ships with no iron sights installed, leaving the top of the action clean for scope rings or a one-piece base.

At 44" overall and 7.25 lbs, the Vanguard Weatherguard is light enough to carry all day and balanced for both prone and offhand shooting. The right-hand Monte Carlo stock features a raised comb for a proper cheek weld behind a scope, and the synthetic construction shrugs off weather, scrapes, and rough use.
