The Tactical Solutions XRA2TDQS X-Ring VR Gen2 Takedown Receiver is a .22 LR semi-automatic receiver assembly machined from 6061 aluminum and finished in a hard anodized matte Quicksand tone. Designed as a direct-fit replacement for the Ruger 10/22 Takedown platform and TacSol X-Ring semi-automatic rimfire rifles, this Gen 2 receiver brings a refined, lightweight design to the popular 10/22 ecosystem.

The VR Gen 2 platform is engineered for ambidextrous operation, accommodating right- and left-handed shooters with equal ease. The receiver accepts standard Ruger 10/22-pattern magazines and is topped with a factory-installed 10 MOA optics rail for mounting scopes or red-dot sights. Internal components include a stainless steel bolt, dual symmetrical recoil springs with guide rod, and a lightweight "wasp" firing pin for reliable ignition.

Weighing in at approximately 1.36 lbs, the X-Ring VR Gen 2 Takedown receiver offers a balanced, modular platform for a custom rimfire build.
