Charter Arms Pitbull Large 40 S&W 2.30" 5-Shot DA/SA Revolver

The Charter Arms Pitbull in its Large frame configuration is a compact, five-shot double-action/single-action revolver chambered in 40 S&W. Part of Charter Arms' Pitbull family of rimless-cartridge revolvers, this model uses a patented spring-loaded extractor system that allows the cylinder to feed standard 40 S&W rounds directly, without the need for moon clips.

Built on a stainless steel Large frame, the Pitbull pairs a short 2.30" barrel with a matching five-shot cylinder. Both the barrel and cylinder carry a Black Nitride finish for corrosion resistance. An exposed hammer supports both double-action carry fire and deliberate single-action shots, and a Fixed Front sight provides a simple aiming reference. Overall length is 7.32" with an unloaded weight of 20 oz.
