Mossberg 590R 12 Gauge 18.50" 6+1 Pump Tactical Shotgun - OD Green Cerakote

The Mossberg 590R is a no-nonsense tactical 12 Gauge pump-action shotgun with a 3" chamber that accepts both 2.75" and 3" shells. Part of Mossberg's modern tactical shotgun lineup, the 590R pairs the rugged, time-tested 590 action with a feature set tailored for defensive, patrol, and truck-gun roles.

At the heart of this 590R is an 18.50" barrel fitted with a factory heat shield and finished in OD Green Cerakote for corrosion resistance and a low-vis profile. The matching OD Green Cerakote steel receiver carries the proven dual-action bars and top-mounted safety that have made the 590 series a long-standing standard for military and law enforcement use. Magpul MBUS flip-up front and rear sights provide a reliable, ready-to-go aiming solution out of the box and welcome co-witness optics down the road.

The 590R uses Mossberg's Accu-Choke system with a Cylinder choke installed for immediate use with buckshot, slugs, or birdshot, and accepts additional Accu-Choke patterns for tighter shot strings when needed. Feeding from the under-barrel magazine tube, the shotgun holds 6+1 rounds of 2.75" or 3" shells. Despite the tactical furniture, it stays manageable at 7.10 lbs with an overall length of 36.25".

Furniture is set up for an AR-style manual of arms: an AR Mil-Spec adjustable black synthetic stock lets the user dial in length of pull, and a black polymer Magpul pistol grip delivers familiar ergonomics and a secure hold under recoil. The result is a compact, controllable tactical 12 gauge that drops right in alongside other modern sporting firearms.
