The steel receiver is drilled and tapped for optic mounting and ships with a fiber optic front sight paired with a ghost ring rear sight for fast, intuitive target acquisition. The 590A1's signature metal trigger guard and ambidextrous metal safety button are retained for uncompromising durability.

The Professional Series comes dressed in a Magpul SGA black synthetic stock, a premium ergonomic stock with adjustable length of pull and an enhanced grip texture that gives the shotgun a modern, duty-ready feel.
