The Maverick Arms 88 Cruiser is a pump-action shotgun chambered in 12 Gauge with a 3" chamber and an under-barrel tube magazine that holds 7+1 rounds. Part of the Maverick Arms line of practical pump shotguns, the Cruiser variant is configured for compact handling in tight spaces and close-quarters defensive use.

The 88 Cruiser drops the traditional shoulder stock in favor of a fixed synthetic black pistol grip stock paired with a ribbed forearm, giving the gun a short, easy-handling footprint suited to home defense and confined spaces. A 20" blued steel barrel with a fixed cylinder bore choke keeps the platform simple and effective, and a single bead front sight provides a fast, uncluttered sighting picture.

Internally the receiver uses dual extractors, twin action bars, and an anti-jam elevator for reliable cycling, while an ambidextrous cross-bolt safety mounted at the rear of the trigger guard allows glove-friendly operation by either hand. Total length is 32.5" and the gun weighs just 6 lbs, giving the Cruiser a manageable feel for most shooters and making it well suited to bedside, vehicle, or property storage.
