Smith & Wesson M&P FPC 40 S&W 16.25" 20+1 Semi-Auto Rifle

The Smith & Wesson M&P FPC is a semi-automatic folding carbine chambered in 40 S&W. Built around the M&P pistol magazine footprint, the FPC accepts M&P double-stack pistol magazines, letting owners share a single magazine ecosystem between handgun and carbine. Its slim, compact design stows away easily and deploys quickly, and an integrated in-stock magazine storage compartment with quick-release tab system keeps spare magazines with the firearm.

At the heart of the carbine is a 16.25" threaded barrel finished in black Armornite, mated to a black anodized Picatinny-rail aluminum receiver. A thread protector is installed at the muzzle. The barrel is rifled at a 1:10" twist for stability across a range of bullet weights, and the optics-ready Picatinny rail accepts red dots and magnified optics directly. Iron sights are not installed, allowing the shooter to configure their preferred aiming solution on the included rail.

The FPC features a horizontal folding mechanism with locking latch, allowing the carbine to fold for storage and lock out for firing. A crossbolt safety provides the primary manual control, and the M&P-pattern magazine release is compatible with the same double-stack pistol magazines used in the M&P handgun line. The black synthetic stock folds horizontally to keep the carbine compact, and a matching black grip keeps the appearance uniform. Overall length measures 30.40" with an unloaded weight of 5.03 lbs.

With a 20+1 capacity, this package ships with the rifle, three magazines, and a carry bag for transport. The M&P FPC bridges the gap between S&W's duty pistol line and a compact, stowable long-gun platform, ready for range use or defensive deployment.
