CMMG Dissent BR4 223 Rem/5.56 NATO 16.1" 10+1 Semi-Auto Rifle - *CA Compliant

The CMMG Dissent BR4 in 5.56 NATO pairs CMMG's compact Dissent action with a Remington 870-pattern Magpul SGA shotgun buttstock, configured in this *CA Compliant variant to meet California feature requirements. Chambered for .223 Remington and 5.56x45mm NATO, this BR4 feeds from a 10-round Magpul PMAG and ships with two 10-round PMAGs in the box.

The 16.10" medium-taper barrel is made from 4140 chrome-moly steel with salt-bath nitride finishing and a 1:7" twist for reliable stabilization of duty and supersonic 5.56 projectiles. The barrel is threaded and topped with CMMG's Zeroed muzzle brake, which tames recoil and provides a clean mounting point for a suppressor. The Zeroed single-stage trigger and reverse crossbolt safety round out the controls, and the rifle ships without iron sights so the end user can mount their preferred optic.

The aluminum receiver wears a protective Black Armor Cerakote finish, and the entire rifle tips the scales at 8 lbs with an overall length of 38.10". The Magpul SGA buttstock gives the BR4 the classic profile of a traditional shotgun stock on a modern semi-auto platform.
