The Winchester Model 70 Long Range is a purpose-built bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in 6.8 Western, engineered for long-range hunting and precision field shooting. Built on the classic Model 70 controlled-round push-feed action, this rifle pairs a 24" fluted barrel with an installed muzzle brake to tame recoil during extended strings of fire.

The Bell & Carlson composite stock features an integrated aluminum bedding block for a stable, repeatable platform and is finished in a webbed tan pattern over the matte black metalwork. The stainless steel receiver is drilled and tapped for optic mounting, and the action is fitted with the crisp M.O.A. Trigger System and a three-position safety for confident handling.

Designed for right-handed shooters, the Model 70 Long Range runs a 1:8 twist rate well suited to the wide range of 6.8 Western bullet weights, feeds from an internal 4+1 capacity, measures 44" overall, and weighs 7.80 lbs. It ships as a complete bolt-action rifle ready for scope mounting and time behind the optic.
