Winchester Guns XPR Extreme 6.8 Western 22" 3+1 Bolt Action Rifle - Tungsten Cerakote Fluted Threaded Barrel

The Winchester XPR Extreme chambered in 6.8 Western is a bolt-action hunting rifle purpose-built for the heavy, high-ballistic-coefficient bullets this modern short-action cartridge was designed around. Its 22-inch barrel starts as solid chromoly steel bar stock, is button-rifled for accuracy, and then fluted to drop weight and help dissipate heat. The metalwork wears a Tungsten Cerakote finish for corrosion and abrasion resistance in tough weather, and a factory-installed muzzle brake keeps felt recoil manageable.

The fluted barrel is threaded, allowing the brake to be swapped for a suppressor or other muzzle device. A drilled and tapped steel receiver sits behind the barrel and is paired with the M.O.A. Trigger System, a two-position safety, and a bolt unlock button for safe chamber inspection. The rifle is rated 3+1 rounds and ships with no iron sights, leaving the receiver optics-ready so a scope can be mounted directly to the action.

The fixed black synthetic stock includes an Inflex recoil pad and factory-installed sling swivel studs for carrying in the field. Combining Winchester's modern XPR bolt action with the long-range reach of the 6.8 Western, the XPR Extreme is well suited to open-country hunting where trajectory and downrange energy matter most.
