The Weatherby Vanguard Sporter is a bolt-action hunting rifle that pays tribute to Weatherby's classic walnut-finished sporting rifles. Chambered in 7mm-08 Remington, this Sporter pairs a 22-inch #2 contour threaded barrel with a bead-blasted blued finish and a matte blued, drilled and tapped stainless steel receiver.

Built on the proven Vanguard action, the rifle is outfitted with an adjustable two-stage match trigger and a three-position safety. The barrel features a 1:8" twist and a target crown for consistent accuracy, while the drilled and tapped receiver is ready for your preferred optic mount. No iron sights are included, so you can scope the rifle to match your hunting setup.

A Grade A Turkish Walnut Monte Carlo stock gives the Sporter its classic lines and right-hand-friendly ergonomics. The rifle carries a 4+1 capacity, measures 44 inches overall, and weighs 7.50 lbs - a balanced package for the field.
