Weatherby Vanguard Sporter 30-06 Springfield 22" 5+1 Bolt-Action Rifle

The Weatherby Vanguard Sporter pays tribute to Weatherby's classic walnut-wood heritage as a traditional bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in 30-06 Springfield. Built around a matte blued stainless steel receiver that is drilled and tapped for scope mounting, this full-size sporter pairs time-honored styling with Weatherby's signature sub-MOA accuracy guarantee of 0.99" or less three-shot groups at 100 yards.

At the heart of the rifle is a 22-inch #2 contour barrel with a bead-blasted blued finish, a target crown, and 1/2x28 muzzle threads ready for a brake or suppressor. The bore turns at a 1:10 twist rate. No iron sights are fitted, leaving the receiver open for your optic of choice.

The action carries an adjustable two-stage match trigger and a three-position safety, while the Grade A Turkish walnut stock is shaped in a classic Monte Carlo profile in a handsome brown finish. Configured for right-hand shooters, the rifle measures 44.50 inches overall and tips the scales at 7.50 lbs. The internal box magazine holds 5+1 rounds and is loaded through a hinged floorplate.
