Weatherby Vanguard Outfitter 7mm-08 Rem 24" 4+1 Bolt Action Rifle

The Weatherby Vanguard Outfitter is a purpose-built bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in 7mm-08 Remington, designed to deliver Weatherby's sub-MOA accuracy guarantee in a weatherproof, backcountry-ready package. The stainless steel action is paired with a Graphite Black Cerakote-finished barrel and a brown synthetic Monte Carlo stock, giving the rifle serious corrosion resistance for wet, cold, and salt-air hunts alike.

Up front sits a 24" #2 contour barrel that is fluted for reduced weight and threaded at the muzzle to accept the factory-installed AccuBrake. The bore carries a 1:9.5" twist, well suited to the broad range of bullet weights used in 7mm-08 hunting loads. Iron sights are not included, leaving the barrel clean for the shooter's preferred scope base and rings. At 44.50" overall length and just 6.75 lbs, the Outfitter is comfortable to carry on long stalks and quick to point on game.

Controls are classic Weatherby Vanguard: a crisp two-stage trigger paired with a 3-position safety for safe chambering and unloading. The right-hand stock provides a combed Monte Carlo cheekpiece for a consistent sight picture with mounted optics. The internal magazine holds 4+1 rounds of 7mm-08 Remington, and the rifle ships ready to mount and sight in.
