Weatherby Vanguard Outfitter 223 Rem 24" 5+1 Bolt-Action Rifle - Spiral Fluted/Accubrake

The Weatherby Vanguard Outfitter is a purpose-built hunting rifle chambered in 223 Rem, combining the proven Vanguard bolt-action platform with a feature-rich, outdoor-ready package. The 24" cold hammer-forged barrel is spiral fluted to cut weight and shed heat, finished in a durable Graphite Black Cerakote, and threaded 1/2x28 for suppressor or muzzle-device use. A factory-installed Accubrake muzzle brake effectively tames felt recoil at the muzzle.

Built around the classic bolt action, the Outfitter uses a three-position safety and a crisp adjustable two-stage match trigger tunable down to roughly 2.5 lbs. It feeds from a 5+1-round detachable box magazine in a right-hand configuration. Weatherby backs the rifle with its Sub-MOA accuracy guarantee when paired with quality factory ammunition, and the 1:9" twist is well suited to a broad range of 223 Rem bullet weights.

The synthetic stock is finished in a hand-applied tan with brown and white sponge paint pattern, with molded texture points for a secure, non-slip grip in cold or wet weather. Factory sling swivel studs are installed for easy field carry. Measuring 44" overall and tipping the scales at 6.75 lbs, the Vanguard Outfitter is balanced for everything from spot-and-stalk hunts to long days behind a bench.
