The Weatherby Sorix Turkey Compact is a purpose-built 12 Gauge semi-automatic shotgun designed specifically for the spring turkey woods. Part of Weatherby's Sorix lineup and chambered for heavy 3.50" magnum loads, this Compact variant pairs a 24" vent rib barrel with a 2+1 capacity for fast handling in tight setups and run-and-gun hunting.

Built around Weatherby's field-proven inertia recoil system, the Sorix Turkey operates via bolt movement and recoil energy, keeping the action smooth, reliable, and simple. The 24" barrel is finished in Burnt Bronze Cerakote for corrosion resistance and reduced glare in the field, and features a raised vent rib topped by an integrated rear sight for quick target acquisition. A turkey choke tube is included to deliver dense, consistent patterns at extended ranges.

The receiver is drilled and tapped for optic mounting, giving hunters the option to add a red dot or low-power scope for improved target identification and precision at longer distances. Weatherby's Shift System makes the Sorix truly ambidextrous, allowing left- and right-handed hunters to swap the bolt handle, safety, and shell release to fit their dominant hand without tools.

A fixed Mossy Oak Bottomland synthetic stock completes the package, providing concealment in hardwood and swamp environments with a durable, weather-resistant finish that holds up to season after season of hunting.
