The Savage Axis 2 XP Combo is a left-hand bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in 350 Legend - a straight-walled cartridge well suited to whitetail, hog, and other medium-game hunting, especially in states with straight-wall-only regulations. The 18" black sporter barrel is paired with a black drilled and tapped steel receiver, giving shooters a solid optics platform right out of the box.

At the heart of the action is Savage's user-adjustable AccuTrigger, which lets you dial in a clean, predictable break without a trip to the gunsmith. The bolt feeds a 4+1 capacity detachable box magazine, and the action is built around the redesigned ergonomic bolt handle found across the Axis 2 family. A 1:16" twist rate is matched to the broad weight range of 350 Legend projectiles used for deer and hog hunting at moderate ranges.
