The Savage Axis 2 XP Combo is a hunt-ready bolt-action rifle package chambered in the 25-06 Remington cartridge. Designed as an affordable out-of-the-box rifle and scope package, the Axis 2 pairs a 22" matte black sporter barrel with a 1:10" twist rate.

A black carbon steel receiver is drilled and tapped for optics and ships from the factory with a Weaver 3-9x40mm scope already mounted and bore-sighted. Savage's signature user-adjustable AccuTrigger allows the shooter to set a personalized pull weight, while the factory thread-in barrel headspacing system promotes consistent accuracy shot after shot.

The fixed OD Green synthetic stock wraps the action and keeps the rifle's total weight at 7.70 lbs, with an overall length of 42.50". A detachable 4-round box magazine feeds the action for a 4+1 capacity, and the right-hand configuration matches the standard rifleman's grip.
