Savage Axis 2 XP Combo 223 Rem 22" 4+1 Bolt Action Rifle - Left Hand

The Savage Arms Axis 2 XP Combo delivers turnkey accuracy in an affordable .223 Rem bolt-action hunting package, factory-paired with a Weaver 3-9x40mm scope so it is ready for the field the moment it arrives. Built around a full-size platform with a 22" black sporter free-floated barrel, this Axis 2 XP rides on a drilled-and-tapped black carbon steel receiver for a solid optic-ready foundation.

Savage's user-adjustable AccuTrigger lets you dial in the pull weight without a trip to the gunsmith, while the 1:9" twist stabilizes a wide range of .223 Rem bullet weights for varmint and medium-game work alike. The rifle feeds from an internal box magazine for a 4+1 capacity, measures 42.50" overall, and weighs 7.70 lbs, balancing well for spot-and-stalk hunting or long bench sessions. Iron sights are omitted in favor of the included optic.

This left-hand model wears a fixed OD Green synthetic stock shaped for improved ergonomics over the original Axis platform. The combo ships with a factory-mounted and bore-sighted Weaver 3-9x40mm scope featuring fully multi-coated lenses and tool-less windage and elevation adjustments, backed by Savage Arms.
