Savage Axis 2 Compact 223 Rem 20" 4+1 Bolt Action Rifle - Left Hand

The Savage Arms Axis 2 Compact is a left-hand bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in 223 Rem that pairs a 20" heavy sporter barrel with a 4+1 capacity and the user-adjustable AccuTrigger. Built around a matte black drilled and tapped carbon steel receiver ready to accept scope bases, the rifle is finished with a fixed green synthetic stock with improved ergonomics over the original Axis.

The heavy sporter barrel carries a 1:9 twist and is finished in non-reflective matte black. The action ships without iron sights, with the receiver pre-drilled and tapped for optic mounting. Overall length is 39.50 in at a carry-friendly weight of 6.30 lbs, giving the Axis 2 Compact a manageable footprint for left-handed shooters.
